What NAP is

NAP is a mental performance coaching app for athletes. It uses an AI coach to help you train focus, confidence, pressure handling, and recovery — the mental side of your game.

Not a substitute for professional care

NAP is not therapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment. The AI coach is not a licensed mental health professional. If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or any other mental health concern, please reach out to a qualified therapist or your healthcare provider.

NAP and its team are not responsible for your personal mental health. If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or anything else — or need support beyond performance coaching — it's on you to do your own due diligence and reach out to a qualified therapist, healthcare provider, or other professional support.

If you're in crisis

If you are in danger, in distress, or having thoughts of suicide, please reach out to a real person right now. These services are free, confidential, and available 24/7 in the U.S. and Canada.

No medical claims

NAP does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition, and nothing in the app or on this site should be read as a claim that it does. It is performance coaching — the same category as a skills coach or a strength program, applied to the mental side of sport.
